FYG, founded in 1987, has been listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange since 1993. We have more than 8000 employees in China, HK, and America. We now share over 60% market of Chinese OEM and over 50% that of Chinese replacement.
The most advanced production facilities
We have 4 manufacturing systems in China. FYG employs sophisticated technologies, such as CAD/CAM and 3D measurement. So far seven the most advanced float glass lines have been applying, each with a daily production capacity of 600 MT. At the same time, FYG possesses her own quartz mine in Hainan, PRC.
Broad ranges and outstanding products
FYG¨s products come in wide ranges to meet various customers¨ need. Our main products include:
Flat Glass for building: With size range of 6100mmX3100mmX(1.6mm-19mm), product types of Clear Float Glass, Tinted Glass, Coated Glass, Ground glass, and the annual production capacity of 6,000,000M2/year .
Tempered Glass/Color Print Tempered Glass: Each tempering line, with annual production capacity of 2,000,000 M2/year, comprises one Convective Horizontal Flat Tempering Oven from Finland, one large-scale Horizontal Bend Tempering Oven, one Heat Soak Oven and one supper-size glass printer. Such tempering system changes traditional ways of heating and convection, which makes the possible self-destruction of glass happen within process. And the self-destruction will be avoided when consumers use glasses. Moreover, tempering coated glass with our special oven, the surface will not dazzle consumers.
Laminated Glass: We have automatic laminating lines. The products include Horizontal Laminated Glass and Bend Laminated Glas
